Large 3 bedroom cottage with stunning lake views and tons of outdoor living and balconies. Epic games room (arcades, air hockey, foosball) & 65" TV. Adults can relax upstairs, while kids can play downstairs. Sandy private beach with large docks & lots of water sports, fishing etc. ATV, snow mobile paths, ice fishing and more for winter! Only 1 hour from Ottawa and 90 min from downtown Montreal.

The space
A large 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage with separate living areas upstairs and downstairs. Gas burning fire in basement and wood burning fire in main room. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, stove and more.

The cottage comes with large balcony with stunning lake views, built in BBQ kitchen with large outdoor table. In the basement is a 65” TV and games arcades to keep all the kids busy and happy! The cottage also has canoes, pedal boats and paddle board for use in the summer. Large and spacious for lots of family fun!

High speed wifi makes perfect destination for remote working.

Neighborhood highlights

Lac Simonet is a beautiful lake in Saint Andre-Avellin. A quiet community town just North of Montebello. There are local shops and restaurants only 5 minute drive and a large convenience store within 2 minute drive which sells everything you might need. Come get lost in nature and explore the area. mont Tremblant is only 40 min away. The fishing is excellent on the lake with large number of species available including large pike. Ski doo trails less than 5 min away.
