The Honey Hole offers you a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a private pool and fenced in yard. Have coffee on the screened in porch, sit around the propane fire pit, grill dinner, & watch the outdoor tv while the kids swim. Bring your boat—there is room to park in the oversized driveway. If the weather has you stuck inside, enjoy the garage game room with ping pong and corn hole. Enjoy the perfect location-close to restaurants, the country club and boat ramps.

The space
Our home is perfect for family fun, fishing trips with the guys or even a girls weekend of shopping in Rockport. Cook at the house or find delicious dining nearby. There are lots of great restaurants close by to try! Head out to the public beach or stay in at the private pool oasis.

In the primary bedroom, find a great view of the pool and sleep in the king sized bed. The twin daybed with a trundle can sleep another 2 guests or double as a comfy reading area. The primary bathroom is attached and includes a shower and a large walk-in closet.

Across the house, you will find the other 2 bedrooms. The sand dollar room has a queen bed while the other has full bunk beds with a twin trundle. Steps, not a ladder, will get you to the top bunk comfortably. In between the guest bedrooms is a shared bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo.

The well-stocked kitchen will allow you to prep, cook, and serve tasty meals.
The dining table will seat 6 comfortably, with additional seating available nearby, inside and out.

In the living room, you will find a comfy sectional sofa and a large coffee table, perfect for game night. Watch the smart TV using your personal streaming services or bring your favorite gaming devices to hook up to the TV.

Down the hall you will find the laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience. A starter pack of detergent pods will be provided.

Right outside the dining area, you can relax on the screened in porch. If you are feeling more adventurous, hang out in the pool or play corn hole on the patio. Light up the propane firepit on a chilly night.

In the garage, you will find another entertainment space with a ping pong table and various indoor/outdoor games.

A starter amount of supplies will be provided. This will include a roll of paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper and dishwashing and laundry pods. You may need to bring more of these items with you for longer stays. There is an Ace Hardware within walking distance, if needed. Other items will be provided in reusable containers to prevent waste: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and dish soap.

The Honey Hole will provide bed linens, bath towels, hand towels and washcloths as well as a limited number of pool towels. These items should not leave the property. Guests will be responsible for their own beach towels should you want to visit Rockport Beach or nearby Port Aransas beaches.

Our large driveway can accommodate your fishing boats and there’s room in the garage to store your fishing gear.

House Rules/Things to Note:
1. This is a non-smoking property. Fines may be assessed should the home smell like smoke.
2. No parties. The maximum number of people is 16 per Airbnb rules.
3. Quiet hours are 10 pm - 7 am. Please be considerate to the neighbors.
4. Not responsible for accidents. Please monitor any swimmers the entire time. No diving as the pool is only 5 feet deep.
5. There is some but limited child proofing. Remain with your child at all times.
6. Check out time is 11:00 am.
7. Every effort will be made to have the home ready for check in at 4:00 pm.
8. No pets.

Guest access
Self check in will allow you quick access to the home. A code and the address will be sent to you a few days before your arrival. Guests will have access to the entire home with a few small exceptions. Two hallway closets are locked for housekeeping supplies. There are some cleaning supplies available for guests in the laundry room and/or under the kitchen sink, if needed. The shed is also locked for pool cleaning supplies. You do have access to outdoor games and pool accessories/floats that are located in the garage.

Other things to note
A Ring doorbell at the front door will be in use.

There are minimal steps around this single level property but it is not completely handicap accessible. The bathrooms are not conducive to wheelchair access.

Guests should use caution with the double garage door-- an extra set of hands to open can be helpful as the electronic opener is disconnected.

**3rd party reservations are against Airbnb's TOS policy and are grounds for immediate eviction with no refunds. By reserving the property, the guest agrees that they are the account holder and will assume all financial responsibility in accordance with Airbnb policies.
