Our home is in the heart of Glens Falls. We are just minutes away from Cool insuring arena and 15 minutes to Lake George & Saratoga. Haviland’s cove beach on the Hudson River and the bike trail are within walking distance from our home. Our home has a full gym with a treadmill. We also have a full bar with a with pool table and Foos ball table for fun gatherings at home. When it’s time to relax you can enjoy our lighted patio, fire pit and grill.

The space
Our place has 4 bedrooms. The 4th bed is in our finished basement with an egress window it is less private (no doors). We have 2 bathrooms. One has a tub/shower and the other is a stand up shower. Open floor plan for the kitchen and living room. Off street parking for 4 cars. We also have a 2 car attached garage for parking. Family room lower level with a full bar and game room. You also have your own personal gym! Massive private patio with a gas fire place stone seating and grill. We also have a laundry room on the lower level. Entire home is newly remodeled.

Other things to note
We are also close to six flags great escape amusement park. West mountain and I87 is just a short drive away. We are located in a safe and quiet neighborhood.

Neighborhood highlights

In our neighborhood the The houses are built on approximately 1/2 acre lots. Our patio gives you plenty of privacy for a family cookouts. We are close to downtown Glensfalls. Downtown Glens Falls has plenty of restaurants, brewery’s and shopping. We are also centrally located between Lake George and Saratoga Springs- approx 20 minutes.

Hi there!! :) Thank you for the opportunity in trusting us to make your vacation special. We have been sharing our home since 2016 and have added other properties since. My biggest passion is creativity. You'll notice in each of our spaces not only did I design/decoratate each home but I also refurbished each piece of furniture I hand picked myself. Billy and I enjoy camping, kayaking and hiking which is why we adore the Adirondacks. :)
