Bright and open 1BR apartment with custom kitchen, granite countertops, and island. Dining table seats 6. Includes a dedicated office with queen Murphy bed, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Perfect for families—Pack ’n Play and high chair provided. Enjoy 1.5 acres of scenic views, a private pickleball court, and a large pool. Ideal for both relaxation and remote work. Apt is not wheelchair accessible. Walking distance from local restaurants, hospital and much more! PRIVATE UNIT/NOT SHARED! Upstairs is occupied by owners, but allow guests complete privacy during their stay. You have use of the entire yard, pool and side porch w/table during your stay. Grills & smoker on the side porch.

Can't wait to host you during your next visit to Lancaster County! NOT A SHARED SPACE. There is an extra air bed in the walk-in closet for any last minute unexpected guests. As well as plenty of blankets and linens. This is not a party house!! No adult parties or over 10 people at the pool unless approved with a refundable security deposit. We love having groups of families and friends visit us, but ask everyone to leave the property as you found it. Please DO NOT BOOK our property if you think you may need to cancel your reservation. This adversely impacts the host every time there is a cancellation.
