Welcome to Hideaway OC, your perfectly located coastal retreat! Our cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is nestled just steps from the 36th St beach access point, right in the heart of midtown. Revel in the ease of strolling to nearby restaurants, bars, Jolly Rogers, the convention center, and beyond! Begin your mornings with a cup of coffee on the balcony, soaking in ocean view, and end your evenings at Coconuts, where live music and happy hour await. Come relax and unwind at the Hideaway OC!

The space
Inside, you’ll find a bright and airy open-concept space with tropical decor and thoughtful touches throughout. The living room features a sleeper sofa, a smart TV for your streaming needs, and access to a private balcony where you can enjoy the ocean breeze. On the balcony, you'll find small beach chairs, available for guests use in the outdoor box.

The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials. We have cookware, utensils, and full-sized appliances, making it easy to prepare breakfast before a day on the beach or enjoy dinner in after a long day.

The bedroom offers a queen bed with fresh linens and plenty of storage space. The full bathroom includes a shower/tub combo and towels. We stock the basics to get your trip started including three rolls of toilet paper, roll of paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, dish soap, and sponges.

Prime Location – Walk to Everything
Less than a one minute stroll from the 36th Street beach access, you’ll be on the sand in no time. You’re also within walking distance to great dining, bars, mini golf, and popular local favorites like Coconuts, OC Wasabi, Barn 34, Jolly Rogers, the convention center and Dough Roller. The central location makes it easy to explore both ends of the island.

Parking
One free parking spot is included, so you can park the car and forget about it while you enjoy everything Ocean City has to offer on foot. There is also limited free parking on 36th street, in front of the building. There’s also convenient bike parking available if you plan to bring your own bikes.

Must be 25+ years or older to rent. No senior week rentals. Condo is on the 3rd floor of the building, the building does not have an elevator.

Other things to note
Condo is located on the third floor, there is no elevator in the building. We provide one parking pass. There is limited free parking on 36th Street on a first come, first served basis.
