The open-concept kitchen features stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, a full-size refrigerator, and a Keurig Duo coffee maker. Extras include a convection toaster oven, air fryer, toaster, blender, and other kitchen gadgets. Cook with the oven and microwave, then let the whisper-quiet dishwasher handle cleanup.
Gather with seating for six at the dining table and four at the kitchen bar, and unwind in the living room with a cozy sectional and flat-screen TV.

The private backyard offers even more space to enjoy, featuring picnic tables and a charcoal grill—perfect for easy outdoor meals and family cookouts. Just bring your charcoal and favorite ingredients!
Pet Note: Pets are not allowed on the backyard sand or putting greens. Please clean up any accidents promptly to keep the space clean and enjoyable for everyone.

Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach.
STARTER SUPPLIES:
Please note: Starter supplies are provided for your convenience. Be prepared to purchase more for the duration of your stay. Supplies include: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 small dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, trash can liners, 1 hand soap & face soap per bathroom, and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom.
We provide one bath towel per guest (up to our maximum occupancy) as well as bedding. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.
BEACH GEAR:
We provide a few beach chairs and a wagon. These items are frequently replaced due to wear and tear, photos shown in the listing may differ from what’s available. Any beach toys at the property were left by previous guests and are not guaranteed or supplied by us.

HOUSE RULES: Important, please read!
This property requires a signed renter agreement and a security deposit hold to finalize your reservation. The door code is not provided until these steps are completed.
By booking, you agree to follow all house rules.

☞Security Deposit: A $200 security deposit "HOLD" will be placed 1 day before check-in and released 3 days after check-out, provided no damages are reported. ☞Trip Insurance: We recommend purchasing trip insurance for weather or health-related emergencies. Please note that no refunds or date changes are allowed after the free cancellation period.
☞Cancellation Policy: We will adhere to our cancelation policy, In the event of cancellation, any Travel Insurance, Damage Protection and any processing fees are non-refundable.
☞Rental Age: Per HOA rules, guests must be 25+ to book and must stay for the entire duration.
☞Occupancy: Max 10 guests (age 2+ must be included). Over occupancy limit = $500 fee.
☞No Visitors/Unregistered Guests: Only guests on the reservation are allowed. Violations are a code and fire safety issue. $150/person/night fee applies. No third-party bookings.
☞No parties, events, or disruptive gatherings. Exceeding the maximum occupancy is not permitted at any time, even briefly. Booker is responsible for any damages or extra cleaning fees.
☞Photo Variations: Photos are for reference only. Decor, beach items, and games may vary; room layout and bed sizes remain the same. No refunds for minor changes.
☞Quiet Hours: 10 PM–8 AM. Violations = $250 fine, loss of deposit, and immediate eviction.
☞Check-In: Anytime after 4:00 PM. Early arrival may be possible based on cleaner availability. To guarantee early check-in, a $50–$100 fee applies.
☞Check-out by 10 AM. Late fee: $50 per half-hour. No shipping forgotten items.
☞Smoking: No smoking inside. Violations incur $250 fine, loss of deposit, and damage fees.
☞Parking: Parking is available for up to 4 cars. No street or remote parking available. Do not park on the grass.
☞Security Cameras: 2 cameras (facing parking & staircase) recording during your stay. $250 fee for tampering
☞Devices: Do not tamper with smoke alarms or unplug WiFi routers. $250 for tampering, unplugging, disabling, or removing
☞Pest Control: We have monthly pest control and bed bug inspections. To minimize insects, please keep doors and windows closed when not in use.
☞Outages: Electricity, internet, and cable services may be interrupted during storms or due to issues beyond our control. While such disruptions are rare and typically resolved within a few hours, we cannot offer refunds for outages, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
☞Trash: Trash pick up days are Monday and Thursday. Please allow our service team to handle this, and avoid moving the bins yourself.
☞Outdoor Grill: Always supervise while in use and clean it afterward, removing charcoal and food debris. Please bring your own charcoal.
☞Mini Golf: Putt only – no swinging, chipping, or launching balls. No rough play. Children must be supervised, keep pets off.
☞Use of Amenities: All amenities are provided for guest enjoyment. By using them, guests agree to do so at their own risk. The property owners are not liable for accidents or injuries.
☞NERF PLAY RULES: Play responsibly with protective eyewear. Report damage or loss. Charges may apply or any damages or misuse.
☞Restricted Items: No candles, confetti, hair dye or glitter. Use of any of these will result in a $100 fee, plus charges for any damages caused.
☞DO NOT WASH SEASHELLS IN THE SINKS, use the outdoor shower. Violations incur $100 fee.
☞Showers: Please keep the shower curtain liner INSIDE THE TUB and fully closed to avoid water damage.
☞Toilets: Only flush toilet paper. Do not flush feminine hygiene products, wipes, or trash. You may be held liable for any repair costs due to misuse.
☞Items left behind: We cannot ship. Ensure you have all belongings before checkout.
☞Pet Rules:
Dogs only, up to 2 dogs (50 lbs max).
$150 fee; $200 per pet if not disclosed.
Crate dogs when alone. Bring your own pet towels and crate.
No pets on furniture or in bedrooms.

Guest access
No need for keys! We use a smart lock for easy self check-in. Before your arrival, you'll receive a unique door code for access to the home.
You’ll have full access to the entire home, with the exception of the owner's closet in the upstairs bedroom and the garage. These areas are used for property storage and are off-limits to guests. Please refrain from tampering with or attempting to open these doors. Tampering with these doors or removing any items will result in additional charges.

Reservation Requirements

Home Details & Variations
As a lived-in and well-loved home, some decor and items (such as rugs, lamps, and beach gear) may vary from listing photos due to normal wear and replacement. Layout and bed configurations will remain consistent.
Beach Gear
We typically provide a few beach chairs and a wagon; however, availability may vary. Any beach toys are left by previous guests and are not guaranteed.
Pet-Friendly Home
We happily welcome pets! While the home is professionally cleaned, some pet hair may remain. If you have sensitivities, this may not be the best fit.
Service Animals
Misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a criminal offense under Alabama law.
Landscaping
We have regularly scheduled landscaping service to maintain the property. Depending on the time of year, especially in spring, sandburrs (stickers) can be present in the yard—this is a common coastal condition and not always fully preventable.
Trash Service
Trash pickup is on Mondays and Thursdays. Please do not move the bins—our service team will take care of it.
Restricted Items
Candles, glitter, confetti, and hair dye are not permitted. Violations will result in a $100 fee plus any additional damage costs.
Please do not wash seashells in the sinks—use the outdoor shower. A $100 fee applies if shells damage the disposal.
Security Cameras
Exterior security cameras are located at the entry staircase and driveway and record during your stay. They do not face private areas. Tampering with cameras will result in a $100 fee and possible cancellation without refund.
Doors & Locks (Older Home Notes)
Due to the home’s age and coastal conditions:
Sliding glass doors may require a bit of care to lock properly (instructions provided in the guidebook). Security bars are available for added safety.
The front door may occasionally stick—pull firmly (or gently lift the handle) while locking to align it.
