This is a first floor unit accessible without stairs or an elevator. It's ground level on the parking lot side, and first floor on the garden side. It is also located next to the elevator entrance, so you will experience occasional noise and foot traffic.

Located in the heart of Kihei, you won't have to go far to experience the best of Maui. Right across the street, find Kamaole Beach, one of the most popular beaches on island. And just next door, enjoy restaurants, grocery stores, and markets. Nearby attractions and Wailea are just a short drive away.

Guest access
You will have private access to the entire unit, plus shared access to the communal pools, BBQ grills, and tennis / pickleball court.
Free parking is available in a reserved space, which leads right into our ground floor unit (accessible without stairs or elevator).
Please note that all ages are welcome; however, we don't have special accommodations specific for infants and young children.
Other things to note
⚠️ Update from March 2026 Kona Storm ⚠️
Our condo and building are doing great, roads are clear, and shops and restaurants have reopened. The area is safe, welcoming, and ready for visitors.
➜ Street Access
The road in front of our complex did sustain some damage, so there is a short detour as you get closer to the property. Simply follow the posted signs and you’ll have no trouble arriving.
➜ Beach Access
A portion of Kamaole Beach II is currently closed. However, Kamaole Beach I and III remain open, so you’ll still have easy walking access to the beach. Nearby restaurants and shops are all open and operating as usual.
