This home sits "between the highways" about 100 yards to the beach access. It has an awesome hottub! One end of the street takes you by Swells'a Brewing on your way to a beach. The other takes you to lots of dining options. Walk to Swells'a Brewing, Mama Kwans, Kill Devil Grill, The Country Deli, Zakaya, and more! Grocery store is less than a mile away; shopping and beaches surround you! This is the perfect home for your beach vacation!

The space
You have the whole home to yourself! This home has 2 rooms with queen beds, a bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twin beds), and a queen sized pull out sofa in the living room. The master bedroom has a full private bathroom and there is another full bathroom in the main hallway. The vaulted ceiling in the living area makes for a nice area to socialize. There is a wrap around partially covered porch on the house. There are charcoal grills on the deck as well as under the house in the carport area. There is an outdoor shower under the house as well as a covered area to park or hang out. Beach chairs and umbrellas are hanging under the house for you to use.

Guest access
There is ample parking at this house to fit up to 4 cars. It would be possible to fit a couple more if you are willing to shuffle them around in the driveway. You can walk to the beach in a few minutes and can drive to the grocery store and plenty of restaurants and shopping in a few minutes. This house is very conveniently located.

Other things to note
This home will have a HOTTUB for the 2022 season and beyond. It is being delivered in April 2022, so any guests after that time will have access to the hottub!
