Welcome to our second AirBNB, and FIRST in the heart of Historic Downtown Fredericksburg! We designed and built this home to be perfect for small groups and families looking for an intimate, convenient and warm cottage experience with all the luxuries of home - plus a few more specific to the Texas Hill Country!

The space
This is a brand new and cozy 1200 square foot home built in 2021 for a maximum occupancy of 4 people with 2 bedrooms (1 Queen and 2 Twins) and 1.5 baths. It is walking distance to all that downtown Fredericksburg has to offer and is delightfully decorated with modern touches and generational family pieces to create the perfect balance of modern comforts with a traditional at-home feel. We just love it, and we hope you do, too!

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, patio/driveway and fenced yard. We offer contact-less check-in and custom door codes for your party so it's easy to remember and no clunky keys to carry around (or lose!).

REGARDING ANY/ALL ANIMALS: This property has a Medical Exemption on file with Airbnb as we have family members with severe allergies and share the space for personal use. As such, we are unable to accept guests with animals of any kind.
