Please note we will require an additional security deposit of Php 5,000 to be paid upon check-in. And it will be returned once you check out. Please note lost items , damages and or stains will incur not only additional charges but the reduction of your deposit to cover the cost of replacement and repair.

Kindly Note Baguio Is a Non Smoking City persons caught smoking in the house or in the balcony area will be fined upwards of 1,000 per cigarette.

Parents please note you are responsible for your small children should any of the items get damaged.
