WINTER NOTE: The best public sledding is a mile from the house at Foxglenn Park. We have sleds at the house you are welcome to use.

We stock you with what should be enough for your stay: keurig coffee pods, Nespresso & pods, extra towels, blankets, paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher pods, a sponge, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. Oils and spices for cooking.

Our property extends into open green space, but ends at a gravel line in our backyard, ensuring your privacy during your stay. We ask that you kindly respect the property line :)

We kindly ask that you keep noise levels down after 10 pm to respect our wonderful neighbors who live in this peaceful neighborhood. :)

As much as we love pets, we are unfortunately not able to accommodate them at this property.

Street parking overnight is not permitted by the Flagstaff City Rule, and they will ticket. However, you can park up to four cars on our property: two in the garage and two in the driveway.

While our property extends into open green space, please note that it ends at a gravel line in our backyard. The area beyond it belongs to another private property and will not be accessible during your stay here. :)

WINTER:
Even though there is a hill in the backyard, that is part of private property, so there is no sledding directly behind the house. The best public sledding is 1 mile from the house at Foxglen Park. We have sleds at the house you are welcome to use.

SUMMER NOTE:
Please note that most homes in Flagstaff do not have central air conditioning, but we've equipped our home with an A/C unit in each room and living room (4 total) and plenty of fans to keep you cool on warmer days during the mild summer climate. The rooms can cool to 66-70 degrees if needed.

As of Feb 2025 we have updated the units since the prior units seemed to be a little loud. The new units have a 46 decibels (dB) rating. (The sound of a quiet library).
