Picture pulling into the driveway and hearing "the hot tub!" yelled from the backseat before the car's even in park. Seven bedrooms, two full game rooms, a movie theater, and a barrel sauna mean nobody's stuck deciding what to do next. Evergreen Retreat sits right in the kettle of Massanutten Resort, so the water park, skiing, and mini golf are minutes away. This is the house where your whole crew actually wants to be under one roof.
The space
We built Evergreen Retreat for big groups who still want their own space at the end of the day — sleeps 18 across 7 bedrooms.
Main Level
A living room with a smart TV and gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with real counter space, and dining that seats the whole group between the table and the island. A primary king bedroom with its own ensuite sits on this level, plus two more king bedrooms — six king beds total in the house, so nobody's fighting over the pull-out couch. A stackable washer and dryer sit off the kitchen. Out back, a large deck holds a dining table, a propane grill, and a fire pit for the nights that run late.
Lower Level
This is where the kids disappear for hours. One game room has a pool table, karaoke with a vintage record player, three arcade machines, a smart TV, and a second gas fireplace. Next door, a smaller game room holds air hockey, skee-ball, and two more arcade games — seven machines total if you're counting. A second primary king with its own ensuite and smart TV is down here too, plus two more king bedrooms. The bunk room is a favorite with kids — two queens, two twins, and a cocktail arcade cabinet, Star Wars themed enough that we call it the Ewok Village.
The lower deck has a hot tub, a barrel sauna built for six, and swinging egg chairs for the adults who'd rather watch the stars than play skee-ball.
The theater room sits just off the kitchen — 85-inch smart TV, seven reclining leather chairs, and a real popcorn maker, with Netflix, Disney+, and Prime already loaded up.
Every bedroom has room-darkening shades, WiFi covers the whole house, and we keep a coffee bar stocked so someone's always caffeinated before the day starts.
Guest access

We are a family of six and we love to travel!
Our favorite travel spots as a family are Cinque Terre, Italy and Scotland. We have traveled across North America, Central America, and Europe. We hope to see Israel, Thailand and Zimbabwe someday.
Our style of travel is to do what the locals do and eat what the locals eat. We love to be outside at the beach, bike/horse ride, snorkeling & hiking are highlights along with history and culture.
