The space
Thee Quad Resorts is a gated, architect designed boutique eco-resort composed of two duplex buildings positioned side by side and connected by a forever evolving courtyard garden.
Situated within a highly walkable corridor of Oakland Park and Wilton Manors, Thee Quad supports a more carbon-conscious stay. Restaurants, parks, groceries and daily essentials are accessible by foot or bike, allowing guests to experience South Florida with reduced reliance on vehicles.
The 1035 building occupies the west half of the property, offering open sky exposure, bright afternoons and expansive sunset views. The 1037 building anchors the east side with denser tropical landscaping such as bamboo, palms and birds of paradise creating a layered, green backdrop that contrasts the open west lawn.
At its center, Thee Quads courtyard acts as the connective spine of the resort. A water fountain, gazebo, bird feeders, café seating and hammock space are woven together beneath solar string lights that bridge both buildings. Edible herbs, fruiting plants and layered greenery invite exploration. The space is fully fenced and gated with exterior cameras providing added security and peace of mind.
Certified as a National Wildlife Federation Habitat, the property supports over 100 documented plant and animal species. Guests regularly see lizards basking in the sun, flirty house sparrows and other migratory critters nesting nearby, butterflies and pollinators moving through the garden and other small wildlife drawn to the water features and native plantings.
Interior spaces are designed to reflect modular design principles and working artist craftsmanship. Flexible furnishings, curated artwork and interactive details allow the environment to adapt to groups while rewarding curiosity for even the solo visitor.
TQR sits at the crossroads of Oakland Park x Wilton Manors, positioned along Dixie Highway in the heart of Fort Lauderdale’s central corridor. From here, guests are steps from Wilton Manors nightlife and dining, minutes to Fort Lauderdale Beach and direct access to I-95 connecting you throughout South Florida.
Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, Port Everglades, downtown Las Olas and major venues in Miami, including Miami Gardens' Hard Rock Stadium Home to The Miami Dolphins and The University of Miami Hurricanes, are all within short reach. The property functions as both your resort retreat and central base: grounded yet strategically central located.

All additional guests must be added to the airbnb reservation. All pets must be disclosed prior to arrival. Pet registration is required for any animal on site and may be subject to pet sanitation fee to cover allergenic treatment and additional deodorizing. Undisclosed persons and animals may result in additional charges or immediate reporting to Airbnb Support.
As a certified wildlife habitat, the grounds are intentionally planted and maintained to support birds, pollinators and native species. Please do not remove plants, disturb landscaped areas, relocate objects or alter the environment. If something appears damaged or out of place, notify the host.
Scheduled maintenance, habitat care and routine service providers ( landscaping, pest control, HVAC, etc. ) may access exterior areas with proper notice. These visits are part of maintaining the integrity of the environment.
The resort is a living, evolving property. Respect for the space ensures the experience remains elevated for all visitors.
