Welcome to our nearly 1,000 sqft new guest house with 1 bedroom, 1 full bath, big living and dining space, kitchen/bar, and gym. The guest house is situated on the back of our property adjacent to our main house with plenty of space to spread out inside and outdoors.
Please note the exterior and aerial photos to understand the layout: the guest house is near the main house but designed for your privacy. We live in the main house and you may see us living life during your stay.
The rooftop deck and lower-level covered patio are yours to enjoy anytime. The main pool deck is a shared space with us; we require guests to coordinate usage times with us in advance to ensure everyone has a peaceful, private experience.

We are fine with up to 1 pet which must be noted on the booking. Dogs must be leashed and walked; the property is not free range.
Please message with any questions before booking to be sure we are on the same page so you have a great stay. If you plan to use the pool or gym, please note your preferred dates/times in your message so we can coordinate scheduling.

Roswell Riverside Guest House located just 300 feet from the Chattahoochee River! We are literally across the street from the National Recreation Area. Located close to Roswell's popular Canton Street, Sandy Springs, Alpharetta, and Atlanta.
Don White Park is directly across the street for tube/kayak launching, volleyball, and free outdoor amenities. Riverside Park is 1/4 mile away with playground and picnic facilities. Great location for fishing, water sports, and enjoying the Chattahoochee National Recreation Area just outside our door.

Spread out and chill in our bright and airy living area with our huge glass doors - that open alllll the way if you want! Relax on the comfy couch and enjoy our 75" smart TV with soundbar.
Use the dining table for enjoying a meal or set it up as a desk for remote work. (Note the nearly 2,000 smashed beer cans mounted on the wall - from Scofflaw Brewing, their Dirty Beaches brew - hence the name on our neon sign "The Dirty Beach"!).
The huge bar area is great for use as your mini-kitchen. We have a micro/mini-oven combo, full fridge/freezer with ice, toaster, blender, and dishwasher. Use our induction hot plate for cooking with provided pot, pans, utensils. Please note while the bar area is large, the cooking supplies are modest. You can get by with preparing simple meals but you won't be whipping up a huge Sunday feast here.
We have your coffee needs under control! We have a Keurig machine, a drip coffee maker, and a french press with hot water kettle. We supply some K-cups, creamers, and some welcome beverages for your arrival.
If you need it, we can provide a queen air mattress and linens to accommodate an extra guest.

Enjoy a great night's sleep on our memory foam king size bed with fresh linens and pillows. Read the reviews - guests say it's so comfy! Blackout shades make a dark, cozy environment for maximum zzz. The bedroom is furnished with a dresser, side chair, lamps, and 55" smart TV.
Attached to the bedroom is our fancy schmancy black and gold bathroom with glass shower, vanity, toilet, and urinal (!!).
You also have closet space, hangers, shelves, dresser drawers, and a full size washer and dryer. We provide laundry soap pods and dryer sheets. All linens are supplied.

Pool, Patio, Gym

Our saltwater pool is open seasonally (May–early October) and is unheated - water temps may be brisk at times. Because the pool deck is directly adjacent to our main house, we operate on a "shared use" basis. We require guests to coordinate times in advance if they’d like to use the pool or the sun loungers. If you have a specific time in mind for your stay, please let us know at the time of booking. This ensures you have the area to yourself when you want it! (In Fall/Winter, the pool is covered and inaccessible).
The rooftop deck and the covered patio area with picnic table and seating are yours to enjoy at your leisure! These are perfect spots for morning coffee or river view sunsets.
Our fully featured gym is available by request. We tend to be in there ourselves daily and will be mindful to be out of your way during your stay. We will let you know when we may be in the gym so you won’t be surprised to see us out there. Should you wish to use the gym, we have a free weight full squat rack, bench, olympic-grade barbells, dumbbells, cable weights, and a Concept 2 rower.

River, Parking, Misc.

The Chattahoochee River is just across the street 300 feet away! Walk over and enjoy the Riverwalk trail that is miles long and flat for getting in some fresh air, a walk/run, and to see the ducks and turtles that live nearby. We can lend you our river-ready tubes, kayak, and SUP available by request.
You will have a dedicated parking space for 1 car in our driveway. A paved walkway to the guest house is easily accessible from the driveway. You will need to manage about 10 concrete/stone stairs to access the guest house. The stairs are lighted and there is a hand rail. Please contact with any accessibility questions.
The guest house is wired with fiber internet for fast wifi speeds. The TVs are connected to an external antenna that gets lots of free channels - vital for watching NFL broadcasts on the big screen!
We are adjacent to Riverside Road which has occasional vehicle traffic noise. Ear plugs are supplied if you need them.
