The space
This iconic 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom property has great original architectural details that will appeal to the midcentury modern enthusiast, including signature post-and-beam construction style, vaulted wood tongue-and-groove ceilings, concrete floors and clerestory windows. The updated, fully stocked kitchen is perfect for entertaining, overlooking the open concept main dining and living area with a large Frame TV and record player, including a diverse album collection to explore. The indoors blend seamlessly with the outdoors through the original wall of glass design feature.
Each bedroom features a new, hotel-quality mattress and Brooklinen linens for maximum restorative sleep, a flat-screen TV, wireless chargers, ample storage, luxury robes, and carefully curated (often cheeky) artwork, decor and books to be discovered and enjoyed. Of the 3 updated bathrooms, two include walk-in showers with feet-massaging river rock floors and the third bathroom has a full-sized bathtub.

An outdoor living area, inground fire-pit and hanging daybed offer additional cozy nooks and hang-out areas. Meals can be enjoyed alfresco at the full size shaded outdoor dining table. This home is located in a residential neighborhood and has a 2 car garage. Street parking is also available.
Guests will have full access to the home and grounds during your stay.
Other things to note
Guest booking this home must be 25 year or older as our short term rental permit requires.
Parties and events are not permitted.
This home allows a maximum of 8 adults/kids plus 2 additional kids 12 or under.
There are strict noise and parking restrictions in Palm Springs and the booking guest will be responsible for any and all fines incurred during their visit. We reserve the right to immediately cancel any guest stay without refund if any of the short term rental rules are violated.
No more than 4 cars may be parked at this home during your stay.
NO amplified music is allowed outside by the pool or otherwise and all music must be contained within the home cannot be heard from outside.
All activities must be taken inside by 10pm to comply with the quiet hours for short term rental compliance... and to be good neighbors.
A copy of a government issued ID will be required of the booking guest along with signing an additional private rental contract acknowledging the short term rental guidelines and rules.
Pool heating is an additional $95 per night of your visit.
