With a keen eye for design, The Davis offers a 'gramable serene and chic retreat, styled in breathtaking minimal modern coastal aesthetic. Our properties feature cozy mattresses, 100% cotton linens, fluffy down pillows, and proper fitted sheets—no hotel shortcuts here!

Guests with littles? We've got you covered! Access 2 Graco Pack-n-Plays, a collapsible Ingenuity highchair, 2 booster seats, and a baby bathtub. Set up the Pack-n-Plays in either king bedroom or their cozy closets (aka baby nooks) with outlets for monitors, sound machines, and fans. Comfort for everyone!

Front King: Stream with Roku TV, sleep soundly on the king bed, or the twin daybed with pull-out trundle in the sunny office space. Refresh in the large oversized shower and enjoy the spacious walk-in closet. Perfect for comfort and convenience!

The Davis is conveniently located in the historic mid-south neighborhood of Oglethorpe Park, this home was originally built as a WWII military home in 1942, later transitioning to serve as the military community’s daycare center, and later yet it was renovated further as a private residence. The Davis located 10 minutes from everything on the south end through the north end, guests can easily enjoy the island has to offer. Hello! Thank you for considering making our cozy family-friendly property your home away from home on St. Simons Island, Georgia. As island natives, we love helping other grow a deep love for the area we grew to love in our childhoods, that brings them back year after year! When I'm not sharing my love of the Costal Lowcountry, I'm a social entrepreneur who helps others build purpose driven businesses they love around the lives they’re called to live. I’m a Daughter of the King, married to medicine, neurodiverse homeschooling, minion wrangling mama of 5, who loves encouraging others, drinking earl grey tea and decaf lattes, riding horses, and spending time in God’s creation. I was raised on this sleepy barrier island in Coastal Georgia where time stands still, and now call the breathtaking Sonoran Desert our home. In 2022, I fulfilled a lifelong dream of returning home by launching Komoto Coastal Properties and now own our very own piece of our beautiful little island, and we’re eager to share our dream with you.
