🏊 Pool Guidelines:
The swimming pool at Air Residences is managed by the Property Management Office (PMO) and is available Tuesday to Sunday from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Please be aware that the pool is closed every Monday for cleaning and maintenance.
Maximum of two (2) guests are allowed per unit. To obtain your pool wristband, exchange your voucher at the concierge on the 8th floor. The wristband is valid for the day and is non-transferable.
Vouchers are priced at ₱150 on regular days and ₱300 on holidays.
Let us know how many vouchers you need, and we’ll arrange them for you.
🚗 Pay Parking :
Guests can utilize the parking facilities located at Basement 1 of Air Residences. Upon arrival, please proceed to the Basement 1 for the parking ticket.
Note: Parking fees may be charged and could vary depending on the length of your stay
Rates: ₱50 for first 2 hours, ₱20 for succeeding hours
📦 Delivery & Pick-Up :
For package deliveries and food pickup from Food panda and Grab Food, please head to the 2nd floor.
🏪 Convenience Store:
7-Eleven is located at the ground floor for personal needs or midnight cravings.
🏧 ATM Machines:
ATM machines are situated at the rear side of Air Residences along Yakal Street. Alternatively, you can withdraw cash at 7-Eleven.

Check-In Procedure:
✔️ In line with the regulations of Air Residences, each guest must submit a government-issued ID (passport for foreigners) at least 24 hours before arrival. This will allow us to facilitate the guest form application and ensure smooth approval from the Property Management Office (PMO).
Check-In Time : 3:00 PM
✔️ Please proceed to the front desk at the Air Residences lobby to complete your check-in upon arrival.
✔️ Early check-in and late check-out requests may be accommodated only if they do not interfere with other guests' bookings.
✔️ Only registered guests are allowed entry to the property.
Check-out Procedure:
Check-Out Time: on or before 12:00 PM
✔️Follow any specific check-out instructions provided by your host. While you’re not expected to clean the entire place, leaving it tidy and throwing the garbage are appreciated.
✔️Double-check that you have all your belongings and that you haven’t accidentally left anything behind.
Guest Roles:
✨ The room has been meticulously cleaned prior to your arrival, with all bed linens, quilt covers, pillowcases, and towels freshly washed and replaced, and complimentary toiletries provided.
❗Note : Guests are prohibited from opening the locked storage cabinets. We will charge a penalty if this is violated.
Additional House Rules
🔹Not Allowed : Smoking, Pets, Parties and events after quiet hours, hanging of clothes outside the window.
