A small town centrally located between two major cities, historic downtown Wilmington and grand strand Myrtle Beach. You will be mere minutes from shopping at local boutiques, Marshall’s, Ross, & Belk with Starbucks, restaurants and grocery stores such as Publix, Lowes Foods, and Walmart nearby. Also very close to a couple boat landings & many golf courses

The space
A lovingly designed 500 sq. ft. space for your perfect off the beach retreat. This inviting space features an open floor plan with a comfortable living area, complete with a sofa, streaming options (perfect for unwinding), and a king-sized bed that’s as cozy as it gets.

As you step down into the well-equipped kitchen, you'll find everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, and a dining area for two.
Start your mornings at the coffee bar, and enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer.

The bathroom offers a spacious tiled walk-in shower with dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, plus ample shelf space to keep your essentials organized.

Easy self check-in with a personalized keypad entry code. There are two parking spaces available on a rock driveway. On the property is the host family home and parking will be shared. We ask that you please do not park on the grass or on the concrete slab. If boat parking is needed, please message us for further details.

-Please be respectful and leave it tidy in your departure. There will be an extra fee charged for any extreme cleaning if needed. The house is professionally cleaned after each guest to ensure top sanitary conditions.
-The house is on a private well and septic system.
-No smoking/vaping of any kind allowed in the home.
-No drugs or illegal activity allowed on the premise.
