This 2 BR 1 BA loft in the heart of downtown Perry GA is convenient to everything you could want to do / experience in Middle GA! This newly constructed building houses 3 units upstairs and a (future) restaurant downstairs. Just a quick drive to the fairgrounds and steps away from the downtown night life, you can experience downtown Perry like never before. Be sure to take a historic walking tour while you are in town! This unit features a large and comfortable balcony. No pets allowed.

The space
There are two bedrooms each with a queen bed and a beautiful balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is even a washer and dryer! The building is upstairs in the heart of downtown. Keypad entry is customized for each guest.
