This suite is completely private, with its own entrance, kitchen, living space, bathroom & private patio. The property itself is home to a small collection of vacation rentals, all tucked inside a quiet courtyard setting. While you may see other guests coming & going, your suite — and your patio — are entirely yours to enjoy.

Due to severe pet allergies, we do not allow pets, even service and emotional support animals.

There is a split unit in the main area of the apartment. It is large enough to heat or cool the whole apartment but you will need to keep the bedroom doors open to regulate the temperature in all rooms.

NO parties or gatherings of any kind allowed.

This suite comes with 1 off street dedicated parking spot, or plenty of street parking.
