Relax in the master bedroom furnished with a queen bed & tv, office/yoga room equipped with yoga mats, blocks, & resistance bands, living room with 55 inch tv, fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, & private back deck with back yard.
Includes FREE swimming at Sand Dunes Recreation Hot Springs!

CHECK OUT TIME IS at 11am.
Our cleaners arrive promptly at 11:15am to get the home ready for our next guest. If you haven’t departed by 11am, you will be charged a $25 fee.

Please make sure all instructions are followed when you check out. Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it.
PETS
Pets are not allowed in this home. If it is apparent that a pet has stayed in the home, a $500 fee will be charged.
EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT
Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request for a $25 fee as long as scheduling allows. We can confirm each of these the afternoon before your arrival/departure. Please let us know as soon as possible so cleaning can be scheduled appropriately.
