Enjoy this spacious and newly converted barn with beautiful original old beams located approx 15 minutes on foot (uphill ) from the scenic village of Lealholm. An ideal place to stay if you are a wedding guest at either Danby Castle or Egton Manor. On the ground floor is a large open plan living room with kitchen leading to the bedroom with en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. A bespoke glass and oak staircase leads to a mezzanine with comfortable sofa and views across to the Esk Valley.
The space
Tiled floors with underfloor heating throughout the Living Room, Kitchen, Bedroom and Bathroom, with no steps. There is a walk in shower with rainfall showerhead. The upstairs mezzanine is an extra space to sit and relax and enjoy the from the great views across the countryside from the fully opening velux windows. At night there are great views of the stars in this designated dark sky area. A fenced outdoor area with a picnic table is provided in the field to the back of the property.
Guest access
Guests have their own private entrance with front and back doors. Parking is immediately in front of the property. The back door leads onto a shared gravelled yard with the owners and their cars.
Other things to note
The mezzanine area has restricted head room away from the centre of the room.
The accommodation is not suitable for infants or children.
