These THREE 1-bedroom streamside cabins are located in the heart of the Catskill Mountains. It is the perfect getaway for couples or families looking to be outside in nature while having their own spaces. Located steps away from the Esopus Creek, sounds of rushing water can be heard in and out of the cabin. The cabins have decks overlooking the creek, an outdoor fire pit with Adirondack chairs, BBQ grills & picnic tables.

The space
The cabins are adjacent to each other and located on the edge of the property near the stream. The property also has a main house where the owners often stay but is designed to be your own private oasis. Steps from the Esopus River, renters can enjoy their coffee on the deck of the cabin while looking out at the stream or sitting on their private Adirondack chairs while making a fire. Each cabin also has their own private picnic table and grill, but can be set up for 6 people to hang out.

In addition to the bedrooms, each cabin has a full sized living room with dining nook, full kitchen and bathroom.

Enjoy all the amenities we have to offer including:
- A full sized kitchen equipped with: Toaster, coffee maker, stove & oven, full sized fridge and a modern tea pot to heat water; One medium-sized frying pan, one medium-sized pot, colander, knives, cutting boards; Olive oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea & sugar
- Private access to the Esopus Creek: we provide renters with their own fire-pit and Adirondack chair set up, in which we give you firewood and a stream bag with fireside blankets, kindling, fire starter, lighter, and bug spray. We also provide you with rain boots.
- Outdoor grilling & lounging: In addition to the fire-pit set up, each cabin gets their own Weber charcoal grill (supplied with charcoal) and a picnic table so you can enjoy the serene outdoors as you eat. We also provide our renters with their own grill accessories.
- Other amenities include: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair-dryer.

Hi! We’re Kelley and Pat. We moved from NYC to Phoenicia in 2019 and live here with our 3 kiddos and 2 creek loving pups. Our professional backgrounds are a mix of event planning, operations, technology, public relations and hospitality. We got married in the Catskills and fell in love with it up here.
