The Border House circa 1898, in downtown Eureka Springs Arkansas is the most private/comfortable Eureka Downtown Suites. Our accommodations are located right downtown with free off street parking. We take you away from the "ordinary" and put you in the middle of the "extraordinary." Comfortable space for the whole family or a group of friends. Sleeps 12. 3 private units Grand Suite and the Basin View Suites are ground level, the Crescent View Suite is the entire upstairs of the home.

The space
For a group of up to 12 the house offers 3 separate units 2 full kitchens, dining and relaxation space. The over sized rooms and spacious decks are perfect for family/friend get together.

When you reserve the house the entire property is private to you during your stay.

Other things to note
At times when sitting on the covered front porch or on the spacious decks you can listen to the live music in the Basin Spring Park or the New Delhi Eatery but step inside the property and you will not hear either, our Stucco exterior insulates the suites from outside noise.
