Stay close to Port A fun at this comfortable one-level townhome! A 2-minute drive to the beach, restaurants, bars, & shopping — yet tucked away for relaxation. Enjoy 3 bedrooms / 3 baths in the Pirates Bay community. Two community pools, grill, and jungle gym make it perfect for families. Sleeps 8 adults comfortably with 1 King/ 2 Queens. Hallway bunkbeds + comfy daybed/couch for the kids. Smart TVs & Sonos throughout. Fully stocked kitchen. Private patio with dartboard is steps from the pool.

The space
We've had hundreds of positive reviews from our previous management company. Since then, we have switched to managing the property ourselves. See a full view of the floorplan in our Other Photos. The one-story townhome consists of:
- King master with ensuite bathroom/ shower and smart TV and Sonos
- Queen guest room with ensuite bathroom/ tub
- Queen guest room with TV and a full bathroom with shower in hallway
- Additional twin bunk bed in hallway, top bunk is for kids only and we will verify
-An infant pack & play is available that can be found in the guest room closet along with linens
- High shiplap ceilings bring roominess to the open living room/ dining room/ kitchen. Eat meals at a round dining table that seats 4 or at the breakfast bar with three bar stools. Relax on the large sectional sofa , adjustable lounger and easy chair, and watch your favorite shows on a large smart TV. Couch and lounger can sleep an additional person, if needed.
-OVERALL OCCUPANCY IS 9 GUESTS, WITH A MAXIMUM OF 8 ADULTS, AND TWO APPROVED PETS-WE WILL VERIFY ALL ADULTS, KIDS AND PETS
- Private open-air patio with seating and a dartboard. Connects to master bedroom and to the living room by two separate doorways
- Two private pools on property- access to a public, shared grill area and a jungle gym for kids at the larger pool, which is steps away from this unit
- Early check in and late check-out, compared to other beach properties
- 3 parking spots

Other things to note
Pirates Bay is a mixed owner and guest community. Please be mindful of neighbors and respectful of quiet hours. Owners may contact the HOA and/or local authorities for significant disturbances, and we are unable to intervene once a complaint is made.

Nextdoor to Hampton Inn & Suites for larger groups that need more space. Across the street from Port Aransas Community Theatre. Nice neighborhood for walking & pets. Sunset views from front door. Private parking up to 2 cars.
