The Berkeley offers a beautiful, clean, & modern space for 6 guests within walking distance of Adams State University & a close distance to all San Luis Valley attractions. 3 bedrooms, 2 custom tile bathrooms, game room, & 2 large living room areas offer lots of space to spread out and relax. The kitchen offers a large & bright area with brand new appliances & a large counter top with plenty of seating. The attached dining room includes a fireplace for those cold SLV nights.
