Amazing Beach House for Family & Friends. 4 miles to the closest Beach. Beach parking pass available for Barnstable.
(9+ beaches and ponds in the Yarmouth area, this parking is not included in the beach pass) Minutes away to great Restaurants, Museums, Mini golf, Ice Cream and so much more. The newly renovated cottage has hardwood floors, updated fully equipped kitchen, Streaming TV, WiFi, high speed internet, and washer and dryer.

Guest access
Full house access. Outside area with deck, grill and fire pit. Outside shower with hot water (great for when you come home from the beach). *Firepit and outside shower are seasonal.

Other things to note
When you arrive at the house you will see a tall fence with a 10 Buck Island Sign, near a stop sign. Turn at the corner and the driveway is on the side of the house.
The Beach pass included with our cottage is for the beaches in Barnstable. It is located in the front of the binder in the living room. This must be returned at the end of your stay. Due to back to back bookings, there is not time for it to be mailed if the pass is accidentally taken home with you. We will have to purchase a new one and therefore will not be able to return the security deposit.
