Studio Coco is part of The Baya House, a boutique property with just 7 rooms. Located in North Santa Teresa, it’s a 5-minute walk to the beach, cafés, shops, and surf. Set on the second floor overlooking the pool, this bright studio features one double bed and one twin bed, a private bathroom with hot water, mini fridge, and coffee maker. The shared patio has two chairs for slow mornings. Guests enjoy Starlink Wi-Fi, access to the tranquil shared pool & two outdoor showers.

The space
The Baya House is a woman-owned and operated boutique property in North Santa Teresa, just 200 meters from the beach and a five-minute walk to the La Lora surf break. Renovated by two best friends, every space has been thoughtfully created and designed, with no two rooms alike. The vibe is warm, colorful, and calm...made to feel like home, with a tranquil shared pool at the heart of the property.

The property offers seven unique spaces:

Three Apartments
All apartments include a private kitchen and private patio.
– A one-bedroom apartment overlooking the pool, with a double bed and sofa bed
– A two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment overlooking the pool, with two double beds
– A one-bedroom apartment at the front of the property facing the street, with a double bed

Four Hotel Rooms
Each room has a private bathroom. A shared patio, with two chairs.
They are set up with one double bed and one twin bed, comfortably sleeping up to three guests.

Baya House is designed for travelers who love beautiful spaces, easy living, and the rhythm of surf-town life.
