Ride your private hillside trolley to the house, unwind on your private dock, waterfront cabana, or lakeside gazebo, then gather around the fire pit as the day comes to a close.

From sunrise to sunset every moment is designed to help you slow down, and reconnect.

The space
This is the ultimate family retreat.

Designed and curated for multi-family hosting, this charming waterfront home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across a relaxed, layout that balances social spaces.

The heart of the home features a three-bedroom main floor, framed by massive windows and sliders offering panoramic lake views.

Downstairs, discover the ultimate "Game Room" or Junior Suite, featuring a *bonus* set of two bunk beds (4 bunks total) and one full bath. With a mini-fridge and a ping-pong table that converts to an Air Hockey table within seconds, the entertainment never stops!

• Private Beach & Dock: Descend the steps to your own private dock along the shoreline of crystal-clear waters. Sun loungers and chairs ready to be claimed for the day. Please bring your own beach towels.

• Dockside Cabana & viewing Gazebo: Grab a beverage from the dockside cabana or "sneak off" to the lakeside gazebo for a quiet afternoon with a book.

• Elevated Viewing Deck- This is your private outdoor sanctuary. Spend your days soaking up the sun and your evenings stargazing, all while cozied up by the gas firepit.

• Hillside Trolley! Skip the stairs! Enjoy the rare luxury of our private trolley system for effortless access down the slope to the main house. New trolley has been fully installed as of April 2026. Please use at own risk.

From swimming and fishing in the crystal-clear lake to cozying up by the fire, the best of Lake Arrowhead isn’t just nearby—it’s quite literally at your doorstep.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, except for the Casita. Parking is available for 4 vehicles MAX; with a 2-car garage featuring a complimentary EV charging station and two parked outside in the driveway.
