The Abby is a large home perfectly located in downtown Berkeley Springs. This four bedroom two bath house has plenty of room for your gathering! Built in 1913 and painstakingly renovated over the past few years, this home has retained its four square and Victorian roots, now with modern amenities. Super fast Xfinity internet, hot tub, less than a 5 minute walk to shops, restaurants, and spas You will have a great time at this comfortable place to stay!

The space
A beautiful staircase greets guests as they enter through the front door into the foyer hall. To the left is the formal living room with the family room directly behind it. The downstairs offers a large office with door so guests can work comfortably. The first floor also houses the Karli Suite, a large bedroom suite which boasts an antique pedestal tub and a walk in shower! Continue from the foyer hall beyond the formal dining room into the kitchen. The home has a front and rear staircase that lead to three more bedrooms upstairs along with a kitchenette and extra family room. Outside, guests can relax on the large front porch or congregate on the rear deck that is equipped with a hot tub and grill.

~Please park along the side of the house on Thomas Street. There are also 2 tandem spaces behind the house.
