Welcome to the Minnewauken Minnow! Relax and create some long-lasting memories with the whole family at Indian Lake! Located on Minnewauken Island, our water-front home has everything you need to make your vacation one to remember!

The home is under new ownership and has been undergoing significant remodeling (from Oct. 2024 through March 2025). Updated pictures will be continuously added as various areas of the property have had upgrades completed.

The space
Our lake-front home is a two-story, four bedroom, 2 bath home, located on Minnewauken Island. The home features 1 bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa, bath, kitchen, and family/living room on the 1st floor, and 3 bedrooms and a full bath (in the master bedroom) on the 2nd floor. Twin bunks are additionally located in the guest bedroom on the 2nd floor. Square footage size is approximately 2,300 sq. ft.

The property additionally features large decks. A covered deck is located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the home (second floor deck accessible via french doors from two of the bedrooms). An additional waters-edge deck is located over the boat well, providing beautiful panoramic views of the lake and island.

A fire pit is located in the yard near the water, as well as a private dock for fishing or swimming.

The home is supplied with just about everything you'd need during your stay. If we're missing anything, please let us know!

Neighborhood highlights

Our home is located at the very end of Minnewauken Island, which is the very last island in a chain of islands that stretch out into the middle of Indian Lake. The "islands" are a very desirable location on the lake, perfect for folks that love walking, hiking, biking, relaxing, or enjoying the water. We're also a relatively short walk or bike-ride from the very popular Cranberry Resort.

One stay on the islands, and you'll be hooked, wanting to come back for more.

Thank you for considering my home for your stay! I have an entire life's history with Indian Lake. It goes back to the 60's when my grandparents had a place on the lake, through the 90's when my folks had a place here, and up to the present with my own property at the lake. Indian Lake is a hidden gem in Ohio. The wonderful people help make it a GREAT place to vacation. My goal is for YOU to enjoy your stay here to its fullest!
