Escape to the seaside and stay on a private residential estate in Seasalter, Whitstable in an enclosed private garden (own entrance) near the beach.

Perfectly self contained, accessible, fully insulated with great heating, hot water & cooling air con.

Book in for a coastal getaway, comfy king size bed, a range of kitchen facilities & wetroom with step free walk in shower, WC & sink.

Enjoy a visit to the Kent coast with beach walks just 2 mins away and beautiful local scenery & sunsets....

The space
Enjoy the peace & quiet in your own private log Cabin which is just a few doors down from the beach with your own private entrance, lots of outside space, seating and facilities available including games, boards and local recommendations.

The Cabin has a large king size bed (metal frame) with memory foam mattress, toppers and quality linens, pillows and plenty of towels.

There is also a sofabed from Made.com (double) available for one additional adult guest or 2 small children. There is a £20 charge per person for the sofabed and after 2 people for extra linens & towels which I will confirm on booking depending on how many in your group.

We allow well behaved dogs and there is an additional £20 fee per pet at the time of booking (add Pet Fee) and the garden is private and secure for them to be off lead. Bring your usual bedding/crate as we ask dogs not to be allowed on the bedding.

There is plenty of space to roam on the pebble beach and we can lend you beach chairs, boogie boards, beach shoes and even a beach trolley.

A welcome basket is included with breakfast items including milk, bread, cereal, yoghurt and eggs (cook your own any way you like).

If you are staying for a few days, you might like to request additional food shop that can be arranged and put into the Cabin for your arrival and charged to your bill especially if arriving by train or bring supplies with you (we have a small under counter fridge and one shelf has a freezer compartment).

The outside area is totally private for Cabin guests and has a choice of comfortable chairs, tables and a BBQ is available to hire £20 inc charcoal.

You can also hire the bikes for £20 per visit per person - please let me know if you would like info on this.

The Cabin is a self contained log cabin studio which is designed to be wheelchair friendly with step free access and space throughout. It is built to a very high standard, professionally insulated, heated and air conditioned. I have a secure lock box for keys for self check in at a time that suits you after 2pm. Once checked in, we leave you in peace to enjoy your stay.

Other things to note
The Cabin is on a private residential estate and we are bound my local bylaws that mean we cannot have any parties or noise that disturbs our neighbours.

Breakfast items provided including cereal, bread & eggs (to be cooked by you). You can arrange a food shop to be delivered which I am happy to take in for you or there are plenty of local shops in Whitstable who we love to support.

We are following the strict cleaning protocols and will need to leave gaps between bookings so can only offer an earlier check in when no other guests are leaving the day of your arrival. Thanks for your understanding on this.

If you would like to request the BBQ & charcoal please let us know - £20 to hire per visit.

Other items available include beach shoes, mini boards and loan of a beach trolley & chairs.

The outside space is private to guests and includes reclining chairs, comfy chairs and sofa plus tables with a parasol.

Neighborhood highlights

Seasalter is to the east of Whitstable and is a 30-40 minute beach walk to Whitstable town centre or 5-10 mins by car.

We are just 1 mile from the Sportsman Pub (Michelin star restaurant) in the other direction but you need to book here well in advance.

I recommend the wealth of other wonderful local restaurants in the area and we can help you find local take away and delivery services.
