If we're not available, not to worry—our self-check-in procedure is seamless, thanks to our smart lock system. You’ll receive all the instructions you need upon booking.

Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and prior approval.
Approved extensions are charged at ₱250 per hour.
Upon reservation, all guests must submit a copy of their passport or valid ID (e.g., Driver’s license). This is crucial for entry into the building and ensures we comply with security measures. Remember, our unit is part of Bel Air Soho Suites - it is not a hotel, and your booking is directly with us, not with the building administration.
