Life in Palm Springs has never been better. A new neighborhood designed for serenity & socializing. This stunning modern desert home was recently built on a large lot. It has incredible mountain views from the backyard & lots of amenities such as a putting green, firepit, pool & spa. You can’t do Palm Springs living right without sleek architectural design, ultra-modern amenities and pure style. Come get lost in pure bliss at our home for your next desert getaway.

The space
This newly built structure is like a breath of fresh air from the ordinary. With soaring high ceilings, it's the perfect place to relax and take in the scenery with its Palm Springs vibes. The open layout creates not only an inviting and peaceful atmosphere, but also allows for plenty of room to move around - making it ideal for any gathering. Step through the large opening sliding doors and be transported to your own private oasis. Feel the warmth of the sun, hear the gentle lapping of the pool water, take a dip in its crystal-clear depths, or just relax by its edge and soak up the tranquility.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home EXCEPT the garage.

The home is in the Miralon gated community. Each guest will be added to the security gate database and provided a guest pass valid for the duration.

Guests do have access to the Miralon Community ameneties. This includes a community pool, gym and lounge area.

Check-in after 11:30PM is NOT possible.

Other things to note
The home is in the Miralon gated community. Every guest is required to fill out and sign a Miralon Community Corporation Rental Tracking & Registration Form in order to gain access to the home. Every guest will be added to the security gate database and given a guest pass upon entry.

There is STILL SOME construction going on in the Miralon community.

There is a charge for POOL AND/OR SPA HEAT.
$100 per night for Pool heat (Includes Jacuzzi) or $50 per night for Jacuzzi heat only

6 night minimum no exceptions

No amplified music outside the walls of the house.

As a safety feature required by the City - there is a chime every time door/slider is opened to backyard/pool area.
