The space
Tessoro 802 has all of the amenities needed for a relaxing and fun beach vacation. The property has 24-hour security and staff on site to assist you with your needs and local recomendations.

Guest access
Tessoro is located at the very end of the Las Conchas neighborhood. GPS will direct you accurately to the location, just keep going. You will see the tall building in the distance!

There is allotted free parking in the parking garage for ONE vehicle per rental unit. Additional vehicles or large SUVs and trucks will need to park in the lot on the property, not the garage. Please park your large vehicles in the lot as the spaces in the parking garage are tight and make it nearly impossible for other cars to park around your large vehicle.

Trailers, ATVs, and vehicles intended to drive through the dunes are NOT PERMITTED on Tessoro property. Please DO NOT bring such toys with you. If you do bring such items, you will be asked to park them off property where their safety can not be assured.

Other things to note
You have a full kitchen and can cook meals for yourself or go out to the many amazing, local taco shops and restaurants. There are grocery stores in town (Sam's Club, Bodega Aurora, Super Ley and Ley Express) where you can get great ingredients to cook your meals. We provide some essential ingredients at Tessoro 802 (salt, pepper, oil, sugar, coffee, and a few spices).
