The property is centered within 5-acres of private, tranquil desert in Yucca Valley. Your privacy is cherished and respected with a fully enclosed yard, the most discrete individuals can rest assured knowing their privacy is of upmost importance at this property. If venturing outside of the Tera is needed, the property is a quick 10 minute drive to Downtown Joshua Tree and a few more minutes up Park Blvd is the entrance to the National Park.

Dogs are allowed. There is a $50 pet fee for any dog brought along (2 dogs max) - no cats are ever allowed and there is a $750 cat fee if it has been discovered that has been a cat in the property.

• EV CHARGING

A standard outlet is available in the carport.
Guests must bring their own adapter and charging is slow. For faster charging, the Tesla Supercharger at 57220 29 Palms Hwy, Yucca Valley is about 10 minutes away.
