1 Dock and boarding platform in a private and secure lake access.
8+ Parking spaces for cars (4 of which are roofed) with remote-controlled gate.
All rooms have A/C and All rooms have 50"+ TVs with HD Streaming - plus a 3D Projector and gaming consoles with hundreds of games & titles.
The house has 3 floors. Top floor is the suite with independent access direct from the garage, middle floor is the Chalet-like house in 2 floors, rooms on top and living/dining room with kitchen on bottom at garden/pool level.
From the garden you can connect across a neat suspension bridge over to the terrace which is on-top of the boat-house. From the boat-house you can directly access the dock/lake.
Our internet is a 200+MB starlink with mesh network. Over 8 routers that guarantee reliable, fast and single access to Internet - for all your devices and without any restrictions.
In our terrace you can find a ping pong table, a darts board and even exercise machines. Our Huge Bar is perfect for your reunions.
On-stay cleaning & cooking service is included, this will cost $750 pesos per night for Lulu/Leti our wonderful help that will be of great support so you just need to relax. And yes, the house is pet friendly! We even have custom doors/gates so that pets can have their own access and security.
To give you the best rental prices, some services are billed separately. (ie additional people, Extra hours, pool heating, maid assistance, etc).
Guest access
You will have access to all rooms in the house. Some things are rented separately or manged remotely

If you need to stay for a whole weekend (or more) and need better pricing & time flexibility feel free to send a request and ask. We will try to accomodate to best fit your needs.
Additional Fees or Non-included Items (based on availability)
1. Extra-hour for early check-in/late check-out: $500 p/hr.
2. Extra-person beyond the 5th ($750 mxp per night per person). Max 15
3. Pool Heating Service ($750 p/hr) aprox 5 celsius degrees p/hr (up to 45)
4. Assistance from Maid for cooking/cleaning $750 p/day.
5. Air Conditioner in All Rooms $750 p/day.
6. Pet Fee (Gardening) $250 p/stay
No one foreign to the booking is allowed in the house. Formal events are only permitted with additional fees and conditions.
The house has surveillance cameras that only monitor public access. We respect privacy, there are No cameras in rooms or private areas.
Drugs, High volume music or anything that disturbs neighbours and public peace is strictly prohibited.
