Stylishly presented 3-bedroom townhouse with small garage and private decked outdoor dining area. Ideally suited for 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 2 king size rooms and one bunk room. Located in the heart of the historic, coastal town of Dartmouth. The house is within 25 meters of the nearest shops, restaurants and bars.
The house hosts a large open plan living space with comfortable lounge area on the far side, kitchen in the near corner and sociable dining area. Sorry, no pets.
Guest access
Lake Street is located just off Victoria Street, one of the main streets in Dartmouth. Parking is possible in our Garage located on the ground floor of the townhouse. The garage is only suitable for a small car as the entrance to it is narrow. A VW Golf size vehicle fits in with ease. Anything bigger and you’ll need some assistance getting the car straight so it will go in. We park a BMW X1 in there, it just takes a bit of back and forth. We also have an EV charger in the garage (type 2 tethered), this is billed separately at cost.
Alternatively, there is free parking in Market Square (20mtrs away), however, during peak season it’s often difficult to get a space here.
Other options include the Park and Ride at the top of town with a regular bus service. Or in off-season there is free on-street parking in many places.

Ten lake street is located in the centre of Dartmouth. Walk out the front door and on to the bustling Victoria Street. Bars, Restaurants and Shops lead you to the waterfront, just 2 minutes walk away. The house is a stones throw away from the traditional market square where an ever changing array for local produce is on offer as well as cafe and friendly fishmonger. It’s the perfect place to park up the car and forget about driving for a while. There’s plenty to explore around the area and the walks, boat trips and steam train make for a fantastic alternative transport.
Dartmouth is noted for its foodie scene and there are some incredible restaurants in the town. But please book in advance if you want to enjoy these. Please ask us for our tips, always happy to help.
