The space
Our beautiful villa is set on 3 floors in its own private landscaped gated grounds. Sunset pool villa is the perfect place to unwind and disconnect with your loved ones and make unforgettable memories.

The ground floor is self contained perfect for two families holidaying together offering privacy if required.
Bedroom 1 - double bed & fitted aircon unit
Bedroom 2 - two single beds & a portable aircon.
The living space consist of a large open plan games / Lounge area, within this space there is a double sofa bed if required and an office space.
We have a full size pool table and a cupboard with all family favourite board games, there is also a corner with children’s toys.
Leading on we have a bathroom and a kitchen.
The ground floor has direct access to the pool and patio area.

An inviting large entrance area with a cast iron open plan staircase which is truly breath taking. As you walk down the hall you come to three beautiful bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 -Queen bed, walk in wardrobes, fitted aircon, ensuite and patio doors leading out onto your balcony with the most amazing ocean views.

Bedroom 3 - king bed, fitted wardrobe, fitted aircon & patio doors over looking the ocean.
On this level leading off from the balconies you have a stair case leading directly down to the pool. Opposite the stairs still outdoors you have access to the laundry area which leads onto an undercover games area wich consists of a dart board, foosball, table tennis and gym. There is also seating in this area. Within the laundry area there is a cupboard with all necessities for a day out at the beach, toys, umbrella, bag, snorkel etc.
Back inside the villa on level 2 we have a book swapping library cupboard for all to access.
There is a bathroom located in the hall area. And under stairs storage for your cases.
The third floor,
Leads to a breathtaking large open plan living space with two separate balcony’s firstly the large balcony overlooking the ocean and views of other close islands La Gomera and El Hiero the sunsets up on this balcony are truly incredible. At the front of the house is a more small secluded balcony which enjoys the early sunrise heat, great for a morning coffee.
Within the large lounge space you have a smart TV with access to all sports, films and favourite channels. We have large sofas and a formal dinning area. Leading on from the dinning area is the main kitchen with all mod cons. From the kitchen you can access stairs that lead down to level 2 and the pool area.
The villa is fully private and gated, we have a safe and premises alarm. The alarm also has access to emergencies services if required.
The gardener comes once a week, but will ring the door and causes minimal disruption.
If you require a clean and change of linen this is available at request and additional cost
Pool heating is available during the winter months - November - March at a cost of €30 per day.
