-The backyard shares a fence with neighbors, so some daytime noise is possible. Occasional street noise may be heard as the home faces a street.
-The guesthouse entrance requires walking across a short gravel/bark path and up a few steps to the front door.

-The property does not have central heat or A/C (wall heaters and fans are provided).
-No parties or events are allowed. This rule is strictly enforced.
-The person booking must be the one staying at the property. No third-party bookings.

Choices range from family-friendly, 1894-founded Fentons Creamery, which made a cameo in Pixar’s Up, and the Michelin-starred Commis (2009).
