A haven that is perfect for a luxurious escape and is enveloped with nature's exceptional beauty. This resort, Tambuli Seaside Living, boasts its grandness that exudes perfection. Its beach, various pools, gym and restaurants will amaze and excite you to your core.
It is 30 minutes away from the Mactan International Airport, and is 5-10 mins away from the nearest supermarket.
The space
It is a modern style 37sqm studio unit that comes with a balcony that has a majestic view of nature. Located at Tower C.
The unit has the following (but not limited to) amenities:
(1) Kitchen (Complete equipments: Microwave, Rice Cooker, Stove, Hot Water, Utensils etc)
(2) WIFI
(3) LAUNDRY (Washing Machine)
(4) Netflix, Disney+, Youtube
(5) Speakers
Guest access
Condo Lapping pool and kiddie pool as part of the short term rental located in between tower A and tower B from check in time till 6 pm.
For long term rental for 2 weeks or more FREE with resort access depending on FIRST TO BOOK FIRST TO AVAIL BASIS of your stay with additional charges of 3000.
Resort access is available thru DAY USE that is available at the Resort Clubhouse for 1500 weekdays and 1800 weekends and holidays with 850 consumable this all for ALL RESORT AMENITY ACCESS AND BEACH ACCESS.
Important Note: Condo pool is closed on Wednesday for cleaning and maintenance.
Other things to note
Guest should respect other unit tenants and guest and minimize noise while your stay.
