Come unwind in this little slice of heaven! Located in a wonderful cottage neighborhood, you will have a great time making use of the deeded beach, grilling on the deck, making s'mores on the patio & evening walks to ice cream and mini-golf. This is what a Cape Cod vacation is all about! Centrally located near many of Dennisport's best restaurants, bars & beaches-most of which are walkable.

The space
All the charm of a tiny home with privacy and space! This adorable cottage has all the amenities you'd expect in a Cape house (and then some)! Brand new mini splits for heat/ac/fan.

With a large deck featuring a grill and outdoor seating for four, a patio with firepit & a large tiled outdoor shower you can truly enjoy the easy, outdoor living the Cape is known for. We also include beach chairs, a beach wagon and some toys for your convenience.

If you need a break from dining out, the kitchen is fully-stocked and ready for you to prepare your meals, down to cooking oils and some spices. If the outdoors aren't calling your name, you can spend a night in relaxing on the couch and enjoy a movie on the smart TV. You'll find all the comforts of home here - extra blankets for chilly nights, board games and some books to help you pass the time. For our coffee lovers, we offer a Nespresso with pods.

If you're traveling with little ones, we are happy to provide pack & play and booster seat - just let us know in advance. We also always provide toys & books, children's cups, utensils & plates/bowls. We know all too well how stressful traveling with kids can be. Please let us know if there's anything else we can provide to make it a little easier!

Both bedrooms are equipped with a comfortable bed & dressers. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has a double bed with a twin trundle bed. The living room couch converts to a bed as well. There are extra blankets and beach towels if you’re interested in exploring our many beautiful local beaches. We want you to enjoy your time with us, so please don’t hesitate to let us know if we’re missing something to make your stay better!

Salt Air Village is truly a gem! There are horseshoe pits, free little libraries, volleyball courts & lots of really wonderful residents. There's also a fishing pond on the property if you decide to bring your rod.

Guest access
As our guest you have access to the cottage and all the amenities Salt Air Village has to offer. You will also get access to the deeded beach. We will provide wristbands to show that you are a guest.

Other things to note
The first bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has a double bed with twin trundle. The couch in the living room also converts to a bed.
