The space
PRIME Location in SW Cape! GREAT neighborhood on quiet street next to other million dollar homes. Stay closer to the harbor, restaurants, and action vs. NW Cape. This impeccably designed home is all yours! 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, & Private heated pool!
Our “LUX SUITE” provides a “zero entry” walk-in shower, double sinks, spacious closet, a high end Pottery Barn king bed and memory foam mattress, walk out to the lanai, and even an extra sleeping spot for the littles that like to visit in the middle of the night.
GUEST SUITE has a queen canopy bed that does not skimp on style. Large dresser for your vacation gear and plenty of outlets to charge your devices. Private door to the Lanai and suite access to the full bath.
GUEST ROOM3 is similar in style with its own queen canopy bed, closet, and nightstands to set your devices down for a charge or hold your morning coffee.
GUEST ROOM4 can sleep 5 comfortably with our Full bunks + a twin trundle. Great for kids, or the adult couples getaway. We can keep it styled right out of the design magazine or throw on the Marvel and/or Frozen bedding for the kiddos. Third bath is just down the hall with access to the game room!

Spacious LIVING ROOM with TALL ceiling and 65” Smart TV. Seats 8 or more, but pull up chairs from the dining and island to seat up to 17 comfortably!
FULL KITCHEN is the heart of the home for enjoying time together! We like to cook a bit on vacation so you should have all the dishes, utensils, and appliances you need to host your group, but if something is missing let us know and we’ll try our best to take care of it! Oh and if you love coffee, we do too! Two types of coffee makers (Keurig & Grind and Brew) for those coffee snobs that need their whole beans ground!
The LANAI offers great spaces to gather in the sun, enjoy the pool, and have a meal with a large group. The 12’ farm table can seat up to 16 for a large family meal!! LOUNGE areas can seat another 10! GRILL is BYOP (bring your own propane) The tank may be full when you arrive, but if not please refill and pay it forward for the next guest!
Let’s be honest time in the sun is why you’re here! PRIVATE POOL with toys provided but use with care because they can pop easy. Have fun but be safe, no glass near or in the pool, and use the pool at your own risk! Pool temp is set to 80 degrees, if it’s a bit too chilly the pool can be HEATED for an extra $35 per day. (Charge will come after booking is confirmed) Nearest beach is Yacht Club PUBLIC Beach (depicted), which is only 6mi away. Sanibel and Captiva Island are about 45min away, and Fort Myers beach is about 30min. PLENTY of other beaches for days trips and exploring. If you’re in to water sports Cape Harbour is only 2.8mi from the home. Plenty of shops and restaurants there as well! ***Don’t worry about hurricane damage all beaches are pretty much back to normal with the exception of Yacht Club which we can give real-time updates on *06/16/23
For those who REMOTE WORK and play we’ve designed a quiet office spot to set up and get to work. Double monitor, Bluetooth keyboard & mouse, as well as docking stations can be rented for $50 per night (business expense) Don’t get too focused though, you’re on vacation!
Kids & adults can enjoy the GAME ROOM pool table, comfy sofa, and Nintendo gaming system, which is in the 2 car stall of the garage. Kids need a space to play and parents need to have some peace and quiet. The game room gives that needed space but parents don’t be afraid to join in the fun! Open up the garage door while you play and enjoy the Southwest Florida breeze! (Careful with the pool table balls though, there are glass windows nearby)
There is a LAUNDRY room with washer and dryer!! Don’t do too much though you’re on vacation! Please throw all towels in the laundry room before you check-out. Our cleaning staff thanks you!

Guest access
Have at it! 98% of the house is yours too utilize and enjoy. (Just a couple closets are off limits)
If a door or cabinet is locked please respect the privacy of our owners and staff. Attic space is off limits due to safety and utilities. Electric panel should not be accessed without property manager approval.
Do not tamper with the pool equipment or your security deposit will be forfeited. Need to change something? Just let us know and we’ll take care of it.
All decor must stay for our guests to enjoy. If anything is missing we’ll deduct it from your security deposit. This high end stay ain’t cheap We want it to be just as nice for other guests, and when you come back.
Yard is small but feel free to play. Please respect our neighbors, and they will respect you, and keep this spot as your getaway for years to come.
Other things to note
This home is well connected with Nest. If you’re not familiar with an automated home come enjoy the technological advances we provide.
Voice activated lights, thermostat, TVs, whole home audio, etc... Watch the kids in the pool from the TV or the kitchen. Use the Nest Hub to look up a recipe, find a restaurant, or check the weather before your excursion.
If you have home automation already then you’ll feel right at home! If not, have fun with it and see if it’s something you’d want at home. Not needed, just a nice to have.
Please do not tamper or leave with any of the connected devices. They are only for guests to enjoy during their stay!

*** Grill is bring your own propane. If it’s full GREAT! If it runs out please refill and pay it forward for the next guess.
*** Office equipment: 2 monitors, Bluetooth mouse & keyboard, and docking station. $50 per day.
*** Pool heater is set at 80 degrees standard and shuts off at 8pm. “Extra pool heat” is $35 per day and heater is set to 89 degrees.
*** Late check-out at 12pm EST is $50 total.
