Please note that we provide one complimentary elevator key card per stay. Sharing of key cards is strictly prohibited and may result in violations and additional charges.
If you’d like to request an additional key card, it will require:
• ₱3,000 refundable deposit
• ₱500 processing & assistance fee
The deposit will be returned upon surrendering the card.
To proceed, kindly let us know and send us a valid ID.
Note: The PMO office is open only half-day on Saturdays and is closed on Sundays, so we won’t be able to process key cards on those days.
As an alternative during off days, we can request a temporary access card, which comes with a ₱500 processing + ₱150 assistance fee.
