This multi-level home offers 2,396 square feet of living space, two bedrooms, an open loft that includes a sleeper sofa and workspace, and two full bathrooms to accommodate 4 guests comfortably.

Living Room: The living room boasts contemporary-style furnishings, a 56” Smart TV, a gas fireplace, and a 20ft ceiling with floor-to-ceiling windows bringing in the surrounding views.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

Master bedroom (main level) —>King bed, 46” Smart TV, gas fireplace, walk-in closet, private balcony with amazing views. The remodeled private bathroom is gorgeous and offers a unique Italian vanity and lighting, a stunning tile shower with dual shower heads, and a heated towel rack.

Second bedroom (main level) - King bed, 40” Smart TV, access to the shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and private back courtyard access.

Loft – Upper-level sitting area that overlooks the main level and includes a queen sofa sleeper, 40" Smart TV, desk/workspace, and a private balcony complete with breathtaking views.

Outdoor/Patio areas: The backyard is a tranquil and expansive space. Enjoy a relaxing soak in the private hot tub while taking in the breathtaking views of the red rocks. The constant flow of the soothing waterfall into a small pond creates a peaceful ambiance. You can also relax in multiple seating areas, including an outdoor dining table and BBQ, a charming courtyard, and a cozy fire pit.

*There is a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room

*There is additional driveway parking, though the driveway is somewhat steep.

*The air conditioning is newer, a 5-ton unit plus a newer mini-split unit in the loft.

Guest access
Guests have sole access to the entire property and yard starting at 4 pm on the date of their check-in through 10 am on the date of their checkout.

Other things to note
We have two Arlo security cameras on the front of the house pointing down facing the driveway for security purposes...especially when the home is unoccupied.

We also have Philips HUE smart light bulbs in the loft and one in the dining room if you have the app on your phone. It allows you to change the color of the light bulbs or turn them on with your phone.

Our property is equipped with a 220v Electric Vehicle Charger, Whether you're traveling with an electric car or planning to rent one during your stay, you can rest assured that you'll have easy access to a reliable charging station right on-site. There is a Tesla charger adapter.

The home has a unique half-moon concrete driveway. Please note that the driveway is slightly narrow. There are two driveway entrances from the road. The second is much easier to navigate.

In order to maintain the beauty and functionality of our property, we schedule periodic visits from landscape and hot tub service providers. These professionals will stop by to perform routine maintenance on the exterior areas of the property. These visits are essential to ensure that the outdoor spaces remain in good condition.

I have lived in Scottsdale, Arizona, for the last 35 years. We purchased this home in Sedona to enjoy the summers away from the 120-degree heat. I love going out in the backyard and seeing the dainty blue and purple damselflies... it is absolutely magical. There are no words to describe the view... other than breathtaking. Until recently, we had a place in Deer Valley, Utah, and a small Paris apartment in the Marais. All were beautiful, but none had this view. :) The famous artist Max Ernst summed it up when he said Paris and Sedona were “the only two places in the world that I would want to live.”
