Sweet Ginger Cottage is a charming tiny house tucked into a quiet country neighborhood in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. Perfectly situated halfway between Austin and San Antonio, it’s just a short drive to Wimberley, New Braunfels, Gruene, and San Marcos.

The cottage sits on the north side of Canyon Lake on a scenic, wooded lot, with a peaceful dry creek bordering the back of the property—ideal for relaxing and soaking in the Hill Country atmosphere.

The space
Sleeping spaces include a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a queen-size bed in the sleeper sofa. 2 Beautiful decks along with a small fire pit as well as another larger firepit area by the dry creek. There are 2 charcoal grills available for use. These areas will be shared spaces with the other tiny house that is located on the property next door.

Plenty of parking in front of the house.

Other things to note
If you see a date that is not available, let me know. Sometimes I can free it up if it’s not rented out.

There is a fire pit in the back of the property for use. Be sure to bring your own firewood and do not use wood on the property. Please be careful and keep the fire within the container. Not liable for any accidents.

There is a light switch on the tree next the deck between the houses for overhead lighting.

Late checkout is $25/hour if available.

Smoking inside will result in a $300 fine.
