Remodeled Modern decorated HOME with all the comfort & convenience of a retreat. Red brick ranch-style home. Add'l Bonus room for game nights. 3 car parking with covered carport & large backyard. This home features 3 bdrms, with luxury bedding in every room, 1 full bath & 1 futon bed in bonus room. A fully functioning kitchen with all stainless steel appliances.
Approx. 15 mins from Atl Airport & approx. 22 mins from downtown Atl attractions. Mins. from Shops, rest. and other attractions.

The space
There is a Futon Bed in the back bonus room for extra sleeping accommodations. Also there are chairs provided outside under the carport for to smoke if needed. The Backyard is also accessible for smoking and sitting!!! If you would like to use the outside ceiling fan, the switch is in the dining area on the wall.

If the police has to be called for any disturbances, you will be FINED UP TO $250 AND YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY !! So please respect the home and the Neighborhood. Thank you
