Steps from Surfside Beach, our pet-friendly hideaway offers glimpses of the Gulf from a wraparound deck and a fenced yard with picnic table, BBQ grill and cornhole. Inside you’ll find 500 Mbps Wi‑Fi, smart TVs and a dedicated workspace. Three comfy bedrooms (king, queen, bunk) and two baths join a well-equipped kitchen. Linens, baby gates, children’s dinnerware, washer/dryer, outdoor shower and ample parking (boat/trailer) included. Family-owned by a veteran, we pride ourselves on hospitality.

The space
Our Surfside Beach hideaway is just a one-minute walk to the sand via a safe path with no busy roads. The elevated home features a wrap-around deck with partial Gulf views, cozy seating, a picnic table and a charcoal BBQ grill, plus a fenced yard with cornhole, hammock and space for kids and pets to play.

Inside, unwind in the airy living area with high-speed 500 Mbps WiFi and smart TVs with free Apple TV and streaming apps. A dedicated workspace and a collection of board games, puzzles and chess make it perfect for remote workers and families alike. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, a coffee bar, dishwasher, and all the cookware you need for beach meals.

Three comfortable bedrooms (king, queen and a fun bunk room) ensure restful nights, and there are two full bathrooms plus an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand. A washer and dryer are available (please bring your own HE detergent). Our family-owned home invites you to relax and make lasting memories year-round.

Guest access
You’ll have exclusive use of the entire home, wrap-around deck and fenced yard. Check in is self‑service with a secure electronic lock; we’ll send you a personalized access code prior to arrival. There’s generous parking under the house and in the driveway, plus space for a boat or trailer.

A public boardwalk crosses the dunes just steps away, so you’re on the beach in a minute. Feel free to use the BBQ grill, picnic table, cornhole boards, hammock and all outdoor furniture. Inside, you have full access to the well‑equipped kitchen, living area with smart TVs, board games, and workspace. Washer and dryer are yours to use (bring HE detergent).

Other things to note
Please plan to arrive early on busy summer weekends, as traffic to the island can be heavy and the causeway may close when parking fills up. We professionally clean and sanitize the home after every stay and follow enhanced protocols. Exterior security cameras face the parking area for your safety. Check our digital guidebook for local tips on Jetty Park, Brazoria National Wildlife Refuge, Jetty Shack, Red Snapper Inn, Pier 30 and Dorado’s. Off‑season highlights include the New Year’s Polar Plunge, spring seafood festivals and Fourth of July fireworks over the water. Bring bug spray for evenings and check tides if bringing your boat.
