Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Come in and relax in this 1 bedroom condo on the Beach. We have 2 private balconies. The complex has an elevator. We are within walking distance from restaurants, souvenir shops and a convenient store. We are across the street from Waffle House and next door to Sea n Suds Restaurant on the beach. We are located within walking distance from The Hangout.

The space
When you arrive, if you see a security guard just let him know your are staying in unit 569 and your parking pass is in the room. (You are allowed 1 vehicle) Which will be on the table or counter. Please hang this pass from your mirror and return to condo upon check out. Inside the sliding glass doors we have carts for you to bring your luggage and groceries upstairs.

Condo - 1 king bed in bedroom with a private balcony over looking the beach. Living room has queen size sofa sleeper and twin size sofa sleeper. Private balcony off of the living room over looking the pool. Fully equipped kitchen, stackable washer/dryer. All linens are provide for up to 5 guests. More linens can be put out upon request (extra fee may apply).

Guest access
You have parking for 1 vehicle. If you bring 2 vehicles, you will have to find another place to park. If you do not put your parking pass in your car, you can be towed at your own expense.

Other things to note
Please also note. We are located on the Gulf of America. June through November it is Hurricane season. We don't give refunds for Thunderstorms or bad weather that is NOT associated with a DIRECT hit of a named Tropical Storm or Hurricane to Gulf Shores. If we have a direct hit with a Named storm and there is a mandatory evacuation we then follow what the local authorities tell us. We would then contact our guest and give them the option of rescheduling.
