This waterfront home is made for family trips, fishing weekends, girls' or guy trips & relaxed getaways, with plenty of outdoor seating, a shaded lower-level hangout area, & day-docking for your boat. Galveston’s Seawall is about 15 minutes away, so you can spend the day exploring & come home to grill, unwind, & enjoy the water.

The space
The home is comfortably set up for families, couples traveling together, fishing trips, girls weekends, guys weekends, and more; with four bedrooms sleeping up to 8 guests:

• Primary bedroom: King bed
• Bedroom 2: King bed
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed
• Bedroom 4: Two twin beds that can come together for a king.

The primary bathroom features a walk-in shower and separate tub.

The second full bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The open living and kitchen area gives everyone space to gather, with a kitchen equipped with double ovens, microwave, Keurig, and drip coffee maker.

TVs are located in the living room, primary bedroom, and second king bedroom.

Step outside to the upper deck for water views, outdoor seating, meals, and sunsets. Beneath the home, the large shaded outdoor area provides another comfortable place to gather, relax, and cook.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the home and its outdoor guest areas, including:

• Upper deck – Enjoy morning coffee, outdoor meals, and sunset views over the water.

• Private fishing pier – Fish or crab right from the property. The pier includes a sink for cleaning your catch and space for day-docking your boat.

• Shaded downstairs area – A large covered gathering space with seating, large smoker, a charcoal BBQ pit, and outdoor cooking area.

A few small storage closets are locked for owner use and are not accessible to guests. All other designated guest areas are yours to enjoy during your stay.
